Three Lamed Pauldrons
Product Description
Excellent shoulder and upper arm armour for re-enactors. A basic pattern that remained more or less unchanged from the knights of the 14th Century to the pikemen of the 16th Century.
They come as a pair and have a dished spaulder 6 cm deep, 16cm from side to side and 12 cm vertical and three flared lames. The first two lames are 6.5 cm wide and 16 cm long and the final lame is 9 cm wide and 16 cm long. Each can be attached via a buckle onto existing harness or the buckle removed so that it can attach directly to a gambeson via arming points.
The overall length is easy to adjust as the lames are strap articulated and so can be lengthened or reduced as desired.
They are made from robust 18 gauge (1.2 mm) steel and come in Stainless or Mild Steel
