Good arm protection is one of the essentials when it comes to armour. A sucking chest wound is natures way of telling you to slow down, so to, a severed limb is your opponents way of letting you know you need better technique, or equipment! Until you are able to dominate the slavering hoards with the might of your arm solid metal will be the cause of your rejoicing.
These arms have a three piece elbow, a full lower steel cannon, full upper cannon and fan to protect the inside elbow and is typical of the 15th century. It is beautifully lipped on most interior surfaces and will be a fine addition to your kit.
It is made from 16 gauge steel and has a strong steel hinge on the lower cannon.
The three piece elbow proides excellent flexibility and the piece can easily be modified to mount directly onto an arming jacket or wear as is.
