14th C Mitten Gauntlets
Product Description
This pattern has been based on commonly found 14th century gauntlet. It is edged with brass around the cuff and is strap articulated on the thumb and fingers.
The thumb and fingers are designed to give good protection on the tips, sides and back while still allowing a full grip. Excellent for SCA rattan combat and metal weapons groups alike.
We recommend sewing in a padded glove to allow for full movement.
They are made from robust 18 gauge (1.2mm) steel and comes as a pair.
